This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of Monin India Private Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 having its registered office at Regus Level 2, Oval Building 1, Lab Centre Plot No. 18, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. (Hereinafter referred to as ‘MONIN’). The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, handle and protect the personal information that you provide to us on (www.monin.in) (Hereinafter referred to as the ‘website’) controlled by MONIN.

Protecting the privacy and security of your personal information is of prime importance to MONIN, therefore we conduct our business in compliance of applicable laws in India. The use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the website or submitting personal information to us. By using/accessing the website and by providing any information to us through the same, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes MONIN’s policies and procedures on the collection, usage and disclosure of Information provided/received by natural persons and meets the requirements established under:

  • “MONIN” shall mean Monin India Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 having its registered office at Regus Level 2, Oval Building 1, Lab Centre Plot No. 18, Madhapur Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ shall mean MONIN.
  • “Personal Information/ Information” means any information that can be used to identify directly or indirectly a specific individual.
  • “user” includes any natural or legal person who makes use of any portion of the website. Any reference to ‘you’ or ’your’ shall mean the user.
  1. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
    • What Information do we collect?

We collect the following information listed below:

  • Personal Information: your name, address, email address, age, birthdate, gender;
  • Ordering, invoicing and shipping information: date of purchase, products ordered, price, quantity, billing and delivery address;
  • Information about devices used to access Website, such as the IP address.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the information collected by us mentioned above including the Personal Information will be referred to as Information.

Any Information provided to or collected by MONIN is controlled by MONIN the data controller.

  • Information you give us directly: You provide us Information when you fill in the registration, contact or order form, this is particularly the case for: civil status, name, email address, birthdate, profile, and newsletter subscription.

  • Information collected from other sources: We collect Information from other sources including our trusted partnerships with third-parties and where we operate Monin accounts on third-party platform.

At any time after you have submitted the Information for any reason whatsoever, if you wish to withdraw your consent for use of such Information you may do so subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. To withdraw your consent, contact us and advise us of what Information you no longer wish us to use.

If you do not provide the Information as requested by us or withdraw the consent for the same, MONIN may not provide the products for which the Information was sought.

The Information is collected and used for the purpose for which you provide it to us, generally to handle the requests you make and to contact you.

Your Information could also be processed for another activity or service with your consent (through a checkbox).

  • With whom we may share your Information?

Your Information is processed only by MONIN, in particular by the Commercial, Accounting and Marketing departments.

We reserve the right to transfer the Information we maintain in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. If we engage in such a sale or transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to direct the recipient to use your Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. After such a sale or transfer, you may contact the recipient with any inquiries concerning the recipient’s privacy practices.

We reserve the right to disclose your Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on MONIN. MONIN shares your Information, within the MONIN group or with third-parties for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

  • How do we protect your Information?

MONIN takes all reasonable steps   such as implementing appropriate access controls, investing in the latest Information Security capabilities to protect Information Technology environments we leverage and ensuring we encrypt, pseudonymise and anonymise the Information wherever possible to ensure that any Information collected from you is secured from unauthorized access, deletion or alteration, but, as with any communication of Information over the Internet, there is a risk that the data will be intercepted or otherwise interfered with by third parties. In such case where your Information is intercepted or otherwise interfered with by third parties, MONIN will not have any liability to you. You should take precautions to ensure that your Information is not accessed by others; such precautions include proper use of passwords and encryption and turning off your computer when you are finished using it.

  • How long do we keep your Information?

You Information is kept for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the Information was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose.  When we no longer need the Information we collect, we either anonymize the Information or securely destroy the Information.

We may transfer and disclose your Information to third parties:
